I’ve been at Tustin Mazda for about 4 months but have worked as a receptionist at two other dealerships for a total of 5 years. I think Mr. Patterson is an honest, down to earth person who treats his employees with respect and fairness, and lets us know when we've done a good job. What I admire most is Mr. Patterson's enthusiasm, attitude, and drive. It shows in the way he runs the company.
